Home Live Art is looking for a skilled Coordinator to drive and develop an audience engagement project in Hastings for New Queers On The Block, a touring initiative promoting LGBTQ+ performance.

This role will involve community outreach and relationship building with local partners over a 10-week period. This will include identifying audiences, marketing the first New Queers On The Block event, and evaluation and monitoring.

The right candidate will have a particular interest in the experiences of LGBTQ+ groups that may not be accessing arts or cultural projects already, including working class people, people of colour and D/deaf and disabled people (including hidden disabilities). They will be the driving force behind developing audience engagement for the New Queers On The Block project in Hastings and will take a strong leadership role to drive the programme forward.
